Despite this being an old campaign that is no longer being run, the 'Don't Palm Us Off' campaign run through Melbourne Zoo is fantastic to get involved in. One of the best things consumers can do is to complain to companies and put pressure on them to remove palm oil from their products. This is another great video that touches on why orangutans are facing extinction and it also mentions how palm oil is slowly making its way into our cars, as 'eco-friendly' biofuels.
